BIM 6065C: Bioinformatics Analysis
Description
Through lectures and computer lab sessions, this mandatory module, worth 1 credit, aims at familiarizing students with 1) databases, 2) network analysis, and 3) modeling of the structure of macromolecule. It includes formal presentations and leading to a variety of assignments.
