BIM 6065D: Functional Genomics
Description
This optional module, worth 1 credit, offers training in functional genomics, with a focus on the analysis of genomes and gene expression patterns by DNA microarray analysis and high-throughput sequencing. It provides hands-on training in large scale chromatin immunoprecipitation, DNA microarray hybridization and data analysis. This module includes lectures and laboratory training leading to various assignments.
Module coordinator
Sébastien Lemieux, Sylvie Mader
Schedule
June 29 to July 6, 2012
Prerequisite
To have completed or to have registered for modules BIM 6064A and BIM 6064C
Note
This module must be followed in complement to module BIM 6064D
This module can also be followed in complement to module BIM 6064B and BIM 6065B (for 1 additional credit)
